Once upon a time there was a little girl, on a small family farm in Metropolis chasing feral kittens, caring for orphaned calves, and loving stray dogs her grandpa brought home for her. Carisa was that little girl. and how her passion for animals began. 

 

When someone enters your life, sometimes you take a left turn, not a wrong turn, just different than expected. Carisa met her husband, Jack, and began a career of over twenty years in the banking industry while raising their two children. One day she walked away from the banking industry and began fulfilling a dream she had since she was that little girl.

 

As a Veterinary Assistant at VIP, Carisa is bringing over a decade of veterinary experience gained after her time in banking, and she has a strong passion for client education.  Her goal is to improve on her personal skills everyday so that she can continue to provide the best personal care she can give your pet.
